If you would like to view our cabinet line in person and you live near Raleigh, NC or Houston, TX, please email us to request the information for your nearest cabinet distribution center, as we do not operate a physical showroom to keep product costs down. You are welcome to visit the cabinet distribution center closest to you to choose a door style and view the construction however no orders may be placed at these locations. All orders must be placed on our website, processed and completed before pickup.
After placing your order you will receive a ship date within 48-96 hours. Once that ship date arrives, your order will be on pallets and ready to start its journey to you. When your order leaves the distribution facility, you will get a final email with your tracking information.
What happens if something arrives damaged?
If something arrives damaged, all you have to do is send us an email including the original order number, what cabinet it is, and a picture of the damage and we will get a replacement out to you immediately.

What is the factory warranty on these cabinets?
All of our Products will be covered from defects in workmanship and material for a period of five years from the date of shipment from our facility.
Can I pick up cabinetry at the distribution center?
If you live within driving distance of Houston, TX or Raleigh, NC you may select customer pickup at checkout with no shipping charge.
Can you help me with my design? Is it free?
We can help you through the entire process. If you would like a design, shoot us an email with a rough sketch including your wall dimensions, ceiling height, plumbing locations, appliances, etc. We will connect you with our designer and she will help you fine tune it, show you 3D perspectives, and more. This is a free, no obligation service we provide to all clients.
