Pickup is always free, at Reno, Raleigh, Houston and Apopka. We ship out of Reno, so the western states are genuinely cheaper for us to serve and we have priced them that way rather than averaging it across everyone. Territory restrictions mean we cannot ship into Colorado.

Shaker, Brooklyn and Oslo — green, navy, walnut and more. Chips are $2 and we send them USPS Priority. A monitor will not show you the most accurate color; the light in the kitchen will.
When something goes wrong
Shipping damage happens. Here is how we handle it.
The carrier calls ahead to arrange delivery and lowers the pallet to the curb on a liftgate. Getting it from the curb into the house is up to you, so have capable help lined up. Check for obvious visible damage before the driver leaves and document it accordingly on their paperwork. Full piece by piece inspection to find any concealed damage is not necessary while the driver is there. You have one week from delivery to open every box and check every item and claim any damage.
To open a claim, send us one email with:
- a photo of the tag on the back of the damaged cabinet
- a photo of the damage itself
- a list of the damaged items and your order number
We start the claim the same day and ship replacements as fast as we can get them out (typically within 1 week). Damaged assembled cabinets skip the standard lead time.
One scheduling note, from experience: do not book countertop templates until every box has arrived and been fully inspected. A single damaged cabinet box found on templating day costs far more than the door.
Remember: Customer pickup at one of the four distribution centers is available if you are on an extremely tight schedule do not want to risk shipping damage.
See the color in your own kitchen first.
We strongly recommend ordering door samples first if you have been unable to go by one of the distribution centers to see the product. Computer monitors differ dramatically and nothing shows the true color of the cabinetry better than having it in your own space, under your own light.
