How does the ordering process work?
You can order cabinetry on our website on your own using our shopping cart format or through the design process with our designer. Our designer is free of charge and can work with you starting from a basic sketch, all the way to the final 3D renderings and price quote. From there, checkout is simple and you will receive a ship date within a few days of order placement. Once your cabinetry has shipped, you will receive a notification email along with tracking information. Once the cabinetry has arrived at a transfer station near you, you will be called and a delivery time will be scheduled.
What happens if something arrives damaged?
Obvious damage is noted with the freight company upon arrival. For all concealed damage, you have one week to unbox and check each item and create a shipping damage claim with us via email. We ship replacement cabinetry out as fast as we can which typically takes about 1 week.
Can I pickup cabinetry at the distribution center and not pay freight?
Yes, you can pickup your cabinetry in the following cities for just the cost of cabinets and sales tax, nothing more:

Will I pay sales tax for my order?
Sales tax law varies state to state and has a wide degree of sales thresholds, etc. Please email us for more detailed information.
Are the sides of the cabinet finished the same as the face?
Yes, the cabinet sides match the color of the doors so you do not need to buy additional end panels for exposed ends unless you would like them aesthetically.
What are the cabinets finished with on the inside?
All of our cabinetry has a natural birch melamine water resistant coating covering the plywood on the inside.
Is there MDF in your cabinetry?
MDF is not used in any of the cabinetry we sell. Our boxes are made of 7-ply plywood and the doors are solid birch. All of our cabinetry meets and exceeds the leading industry standard for CARB compliance.
What is your return policy?
We do not offer returns/exchanges/refunds on any cabinetry. Please measure twice so you only order once.
What door styles do you offer?
All of our door styles can be seen by clicking the "Order Door Samples" tab in the menu above.
How do I view your cabinetry in person/what is your address?
We have access to each distribution center by appointment only. If you are near one of the cities listed above and would like to go take a look at the cabinetry we sell, please send us an email and we can get you set up.
Why is there no phone number on the website?
We get around 50-100 spam calls a day on our main business number so we have moved everything to email. If you would like to schedule a call, just shoot us an email and we will be very happy to do so.
Do you offer free design help?

Do you have any discounts?
We do not offer any discounts. Our cabinetry is extremely discounted to help both industry professionals and homeowners who are needing to save money on their kitchen and bathroom cabinetry.
